Pernille Brøndum, MSc

Family Consultant

Pernille Brøndum holds a degree in physiotherapy with a background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and neurological recovery. Earlier in her career, she worked in private clinics and rehabilitation settings, gaining experience with hydrotherapy and other physical training methods.

During her studies, Pernille had the opportunity to collaborate with a family connected to The Family Hope Center – an experience that sparked her interest in neurological brain development. Initially skeptical, she was deeply impressed by the remarkable results she witnessed firsthand. After briefly exploring research work at Aalborg University, she chose to pursue her passion for working closely with families.

Since 2022, Pernille has left the regular Physical Therapy practice entirely. Pernille has been educated into The Family Hope Center method and has seen the impressive results of a neurological approach. Now she works exclusively in an educational role at The Family Hope Center Europe ApS where she does provide educational knowledge into how Parents can help their children at home. She does not make any medical assessments, medical diagnoses, or medical treatments.

At the Family Hope Center, Pernille supports Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German families by:

  • Providing educational and practical information on how parents can support their child’s neurological daily development.
  • Teaching Parents about The neurological Family Hope center approaches.
  • Coordinating communication between families and The Family Hope Center team.
  • Assisting Danish families with administrative processes.
  • Guiding Danish parents through applications and communication with their local municipality.

Her role is to help families navigate the home training process, which allows for development-focused home training for children with significant and lasting disabilities. All training is carried out by the parents at home, while any medical assessments or diagnoses are made by the families own medical doctor or the healthcare system before the family begins working with the Family Hope Center.

Pernille’s work is entirely administrative and educational – always focused on making a complex process more manageable for families, so they can spend their energy on what matters most: their child’s well-being and development.
